Farming and Threshing in Tuscany

There is more to the Italian region of Tuscany than food and beautiful human sculpted landscapes. Someone actually has to make the food and do the hard work that to produce it as well as the surroundings. Here is a video of a beautiful old (I am assuming) Italian threshing machine called a Bosari. The transition from threshing machines to combines lagged well behind the U.S. in Europe. This was partly due to differences in landscape and farm type. World War Two was also a large factor. This one might not be all that old.
